Who’s the sun? EP is a homage to the Old-school House and British Future Music tunes of the 2000s where styles like house, soul, broken beat were molten together and dancing along with human connection were in the focus.
Ranging from 123BPM (Test One) to subtle 130 BPM (Who’s the sun?) along with 115 BPM (To stroll in place / To wander in space (Josip Klobucar Remix)) these tracks are laid back in the spirit and heavy danceable in their core.
Vienna based duo Soulpeeling produces music for 15 years now from minimal dub and ambient to tech house, from experimental electronics to post dubstep, from sunny house to broken house and broken beat.
After reaching some international momentum with their retro vocal dub house single „Lost in Time feat. Cora Frej“ back in 2023 they reappear with collabs with jazz singers BLG (Chicago, USA) and Sue (Vienna, AUT) and a remix by hip hop, soul & jazz producer Josip Klobucar (Zagreb, CRO) to create this unique art brut hand crafted eclectic house music fusion (no AI here!).

At its core, Who’s the Sun? EP is a love letter to the early Garden Festival era in Croatia, evoking sunsets, shared moments, no backstage barriers, and that rare feeling of total unity through music. Every track carries the dust, sweat, soul and sun-drenched energy of those years.
